The exercise ratio and exercise price of TICON-W1 and ESOP-W will be changed as follows: TICON-W1 New Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price = 5.11426 new ordinary shares for 1 warrant, at the price of Baht 1 per share (Old Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price = 5.06603 new ordinary shares for 1 warrant , at the price of Baht 1 per share) The new Exercise ratio and Exercise Price of TICON-W1 shall be effective from the 13th exercise date, on June 30, 2005 onwards.
