the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from
Baht 537,269,397 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Seven Million
Two Hundred and Sixty Nine Thousand Three Hundred and Ninety Seven)
to Baht 537,288,831 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Seven Million
Two Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty One)
at the Ministry of Commerce on January 9, 2006.
