Subject Dissolution of the subsidiary: TICON General Holding Co., Ltd.

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
TICON's Board of Directors' Meeting No.2/2006,
held on February 22, 2006, has resolved to dissolve one of its
wholly own subsidiary, TICON General Holding Co., Ltd.("TGH").
TGH, was established in June 2004 for the purpose of investment
in China. However, to date, TGH has no operation.
The Board of Directors' Meeting foresaw that the business
of factory development for rent in Thailand, which is the
main business of TICON, has been growing rapidly and has a high
potential growth in the future. As a result, for highest benefits,
TICON should utilize its resources as for its current
business in Thailand.
