on March 31, 2006, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital
from Baht 537,288,831 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Seven Million Two Hundred
and Eighty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred and Thirty one) to Baht 537,312,429
(Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Seven Million Three Hundred and Twelve Thousand
Four Hundred and Twenty nine) at the Ministry of Commerce on April 11, 2006.
