Subject Use of proceeds from offering of preferred shares to Thailand
Equity Fund

The Stock Exchange of Thailand
According to the offering of 50 million preferred shares to Thailand Equity
Fund, at Baht 9.25 per share, on February 11, 2004, TICON received the proceeds
of Baht 462.5 million. As stated in Capital Increase Report Form, the proceeds
will be utilized by investing in the development of standard factories as
follows:
1.7 Factories located in Amata City Industrial Estate with investment amount of
approximately Baht 180 million
2.7 Factories located in Amata Nakorn Industrial Estate with investment amount
of approximately Baht 280 million
We would like to report the use of the proceeds for the period ended June 30,
2006 as follows:
