According to the 17th exercise of TICON-W1 and the 2nd exercise of TICON-W2
on June 30, 2006, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital
from Baht 537,312,429 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Seven Million Three Hundred
and Twelve Thousand Four Hundred and Twenty nine) to Baht 538,344,385 (Baht
Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Million Three Hundred and Forty Four Thousand
Three Hundred and Eighty Five) at the Ministry of Commerce on July 7, 2006.
