TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like
to announce that Mr. Jean-Pierre Noel has resigned as a Director of the Company.
The resignation is effective since July 10, 2006.
The selection of a new director is being processed. The company will report to
the Stock Exchange of Thailand as soon as the new director is appointed.
