Subject Clarification of the news regarding Private Placement
To The President The Stock Exchage of Thailand
According to the news quoted in Tanhoon Newspaper, dated October 6, 2006, regarding Khun Virapan Pulges (TICON's Managing Director)'s opinion on Private Placement, the Company would like to clarify that the Company has no policy to infinitely postpone the Private Placement as specified in the newspapers.
The Company is in the process of preparing share offering, and intends to place the shares in due course. In the meantime, the Company will use cash flows from operations and credit facilities provided by financial institutions for factory/warehouse development.
