According to the 18th exercise of TICON-W1 and the 3rd exercise of TICON-W2 on September 29, 2006, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from 538,344,385 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Million Three Hundred and Forty Four Thousand Three Hundred and Eighty Five) to Baht 538,411,928 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Million Four Hundred and Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Eight) at the Ministry of Commerce on October 12, 2006.
