Earnings of the Company and its Subsidiaries for the 9 months ended September 30, 2006 increased by Baht 140.51 million, or 22.68 percent, from those of the same period of 2005 .The main reasons are as follows:
1. During the first 9 months of 2006, the Company's and its Subsidiaries' rental and service income rose 4.54 percent from those of the same period of 2005. The said increase in rental and service income reflected sales of 44 leased factories to TFUND in Q2/2006. The area of leased factories substantially increased by 40 percent as compared with the leased area at the end of 2005.2. During the first 9 months of 2006, sales of properties to tenants rose 63.88 percent from those of the same period of 2005, before the sales to TFUND.
3. In April, 2006, the Company sold 44 factory buildings to TFUND which resulted in the increase in sales of properties to TFUND by 14.57 percent as compared with such sales in April 2005.
4. The Company had realised additional gain on sales of properties to TFUND of Baht 82.06 million which resulted from the decrease in percentage of unit holding in TFUND and sales of TFUND's 2 factories (bought from TICON in Q2/2005) to a tenant.
