Subject: Request for halting the trading of the Company's Securities

According to the resolutions of TICON's Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2006 (the "Company") held on September 13, 2006, the issuance and sale of not more than 107,000,000 newly-issued ordinary shares via private placement were approved.
The Company is currently in the process of determining the offering price for the private placement by undertaking a Book Building exercise with domestic and international investors, which may affect the price of the Company's securities (ordinary shares, TICON-W1, and TICON-W2) in the market.
The Company, therefore, would like to request the Stock Exchange of Thailand to halt (H) its securities (ordinary shares, TICON-W1, and TICON-W2) trading during the afternoon session of November 27, 2006.
It is hereby requested for further proceeding.
