TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION PUBLIC CO.,LTD. (TICON) informed the SET that TICON had conducted the book building process for its private placement of newly issued shares to institutional investors from domestic and foreign investors.
TICON has requested the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) temporarily ordered the halt trading of TICON from the second trading session of 27 November 2006 because the private placement with institutional investors which may affect the price of its securities. Therefore, the company requests the SET to halt trading on its securities including TICON-W1 and TICON-W2.
Therefore, the SET has posted the "H" sign against TICON's securities, effective from 27 November 2006 onwards.
