The Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) had ordered the trading halt of TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION Public Company Limited (TICON) because TICON had requested that the SET temporarily halt trading of its securities effective from the second trading session of 27 November 2006. Now, TICON has disclosed the offering of ordinary shares for capital increase through a private placement with institutional investors which has been thoroughly disseminated through the SET's disclosure systems and request the SET to terminate the trading halt for the company's securities including TICON-W1 and TICON-W2.
Thus, the SET has resumed trading the TICON's securities from the first trading session of 28 November 2006 onwards.
