Subject: Request for cancellation of a trading halt for the Company's securities
To: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
Reference is made to the fact that TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") requested the Stock Exchange of Thailand to issue an order for a trading halt for the Company's securities, so that the Company could determine the offering price of ordinary shares for capital increase through a private placement.
The Company has now completed the private placement of its ordinary shares for capital increase, and hereby requests the Stock Exchange of Thailand to cancel the order for a trading halt for the Company's securities, comprising ordinary shares (TICON) and warrants (TICON-W1 and TICON-W2), from the morning session of November 28, 2006 onwards.
It is hereby requested for further proceeding.
