TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to announce that the Company has sold 107 million ordinary shares via private placement, according to the resolution of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders No. 1/2006 held on September 13, 2006, at the offering price of Baht 19 per share. The shares were fully paid on November 28, 2006 and the Company has registered the increase in paid-up capital from Baht 538,411,928 (Baht Five Hundred and Thirty Eight Million Four Hundred and Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Eight) to Baht 645,411,928 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Five Million Four Hundred and Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Eight) at the Ministry of Commerce on November 29, 2006.
