Subject : List of investors purchasing TICON's newly issued shares from Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited

On November 28, 2006, TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") sold 107 million newly issued shares via private placement and Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited and Credit Suisse Securities (Thailand) Limited were appointed as sole book runners for the share subscription. 20 million shares and 87 million shares were subscribed by local retail investors and Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited, respectively, as specified in Form 53-5 submitted to the SET.
The Company would like to announce that on December 1, 2006, Credit Suisse (Hong Kong) Limited transferred the 87,000,000 shares to foreign investors as follows:

Cannizaro 800,000 shares 10. Central Asset Investments (CAI) 800,000 shares 11. Oojoo Cap 800,000 shares 12. Britannic Asset Management 475,000 shares 13.
