Subject : Progress of TICON Logistics Park Project

TICON Industrial Connection Public Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to announce the progress of development of TICON Logistics Park located on the Bangna-Trad Highway, Km 39, managed by TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd., the Company's subsidiary, as follows.
1.Warehouse
2 warehouses are in the process of development. The first warehouse with usable area of 17,300 square meters (including office area) is scheduled for completion in January 2007. This building can be separated into 2 units. The other warehouse with usable area of 9,800 square meters (including office area) is expected to be available for lease in April 2007 and can be separated into 4 units. Presently, the Company is in discussions with a number of potential tenants.2.Land improvement and infrastructure development
Land improvement and infrastructure development, comprising road, electricity, drainage system, water supply, telephone and internet service, were partially developed mainly to facilitate the two warehouses.3.Sale office Sale office with usable area of 360 square meters is located at the front of the park.
At the end of November 2006, a total of approximately Baht 371 million has been used for the development mentioned above. The development of the next phase will be reported to the SET provided that the exact plan has been determined.Please be informed accordingly.
