According to the 19th exercise of TICON-W1 and the 4th exercise of TICON-W2 on December 29, 2006, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 645,411,928 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Five Million Four Hundred and Eleven Thousand Nine Hundred and Twenty Eight) to Baht 646,141,016 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Six Million One Hundred and Forty One Thousand and Sixteen) at the Ministry of Commerce on January 11, 2007.
