Subject Use of proceeds from offering of ordinary shares via private placement

To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the offering of 107 million ordinary shares via a private placement, at the offering price of Baht 19 per share, on November 28, 2006, TICON received proceeds approximately Baht 2,001.59 million, net of offering expenses. As stated in the Capital Increase Report Form, the proceeds will be used as for further business expansion.

The Company would like to report use of the proceeds for the period ended December 31, 2006 as follows:
