According to the 20th exercise of TICON-W1 and the 5th exercise of TICON-W2 on March 30, 2007, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 646,141,016 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Six Million One Hundred and Forty One Thousand and Sixteen) to Baht 649,142,549 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Nine Million One Hundred and Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Nine) at the Ministry of Commerce on April 3, 2007.
