SUSPENDED TRADING AND LISTING STATUS TERMINATION : TICON-W1
TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION Public Company Limited (TICON) announced the maturity of the warrants to purchase ordinary shares of TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION Public Company Limited (TICON-W1) exercise notice period starting from 18 May 2007 until 3 June 2007 and the exercise date to subscribe to its common shares on 4 June 2007. The closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from 14 May 2007, beginning at noon, until 4 June 2007.
Therefore, to comply with the settlement and securities transfer system, TICON has asked the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (TICON-W1) effective from 9 May 2007 until 4 June 2007. (Detail as in TICON's news on SETSMART dated on 25 April 2007.)
By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on 9 February 1995, the SET will suspend trading on TICON-W1 from 9 May 2007 until 4 June 2007 as the company requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be listed securities on the SET since 5 June 2007 onwards.
