TICON INDUSTRIAL CONNECTION Public Company Limited (TICON) announced the maturity of TICON-W1 with exercise notice period starting from May 18, 2007 until June 3, 2007 and the exercise date to subscribe to its common shares on June 4, 2007. The closure of the warrant registration is scheduled from May 14, 2007, beginning at 12.00 a.m., until June 4, 2007. Therefore, to comply with the clearing and settlement system, TICON has requested the SET to suspend trading of its warrants (TICON-W1) effective from May 9, 2007 until June 4, 2007. By virtue of Clause 5(6) of the SET's Rules, Conditions and Procedures for the Temporary Prohibition of Trading of Listed Securities, issued on February 9, 1995, the SET will suspend trading on TICON-W1 from May 9, 2007 until June 4, 2007 as requested. In addition, such warrants will no longer be listed securities on the SET since June 5, 2007 onwards.
