Subject Dividend Policy
To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
TICON Industrial Connection Public Co., Ltd. ("the Company") has changed accounting policy for recording investments in its subsidiaries and associated companies in the separate financial statements to be in compliance with the Accounting Standard No. 44, starting from Q1/2007. The change lead to different net profit presented in consolidated and separate financial statements.
For the Company's future dividend payment, the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 2/2007, held on May 11, 2007, resolved that the Company's dividend payment shall be considered on net profit presented in the consolidated financial statements.
