According to the last exercise of TICON-W1 on June 4, 2007, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 649,142,549 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Nine Million One Hundred and Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred and Forty Nine) to Baht 649,246,449 (Baht Six Hundred and Forty Nine Million Two Hundred and Forty Six Thousand Four Hundred and Forty Nine) at the Ministry of Commerce on June 11, 2007.
