Subject BOI privileges for TICON Logistics Park
Attention The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand
TICON Industrial Connection Public Co., Ltd.("the Company") would like to announce that on June 13, 2007, the Board of Investment ("BOI") has granted TICON Logistics Park Co., Ltd. - a subsidiary which the Company has 95 percent stake - promotional privileges in investment in the TICON Logistics Park project, located on Bangna-Trad road.
The privileges include 8-year tax exemption for net profit generated from the promoted activities, starting from the first date of receiving income. In addition, within 5-year following the exemption period, an annual loss, if any, incurred during the tax exemption period is allowed to be deducted from net profit.
