Subject Adjustment of Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of TICON-W2

Attention The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TICON's 2008 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 22, 2008 has approved an allotment of 2007 net profit for dividend payment of Baht 1.20 per share. The total dividend payment made up altogether 73.83 percent of the Company's 2007 net profit. The proposed total dividend payment, being more than 70 percent of net profit, will result in an adjustment of exercise ratio and exercise price of TICON-W2 (according to the Section 3, Item 2.4(e), of the Prospectus Concerning the Issuance of Warrants to the Company's selected directors and employees) from "1 warrant has the right to purchase 1.04502 shares at a price of Baht 8.661 per share" to "1 warrant has the right to purchase 1.04846 shares at a price of Baht 8.633 per share". The adjustment of the exercise ratio and price of TICON-W2, therefore, will be effective from the 10th exercise date, on June 30, 2008, onwards.
