Subject Allocation of TICON's Right Warrant

To The president The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TICON's Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting No. 1/2008, held on July 10, 2008, resolved to issue warrants of not exceeding 221,709,769 units to the Company's existing shareholders ("the Warrants") with the ratio of 1 warrant for every 3 shares held. The Company would like to announce that the date for determination of shareholders' entitlement to the Warrants allocation will be on January 26, 2009 (Record date). The shareholder registration book will be closed on January 27, 2009. (The SET will post XR sign on January 22,2009.) The Company will allot the Warrants to shareholders by February 3, 2009. After the allotment, application will be made to list the Warrants on the SET. In the event that the shareholders hold their existing shares in scripless form, the Warrants will be deposited into their security trading accounts. Shareholders who hold their existing shares in certificate form will have their Warrants delivered via registered mail. The Company will send details of terms and conditions of the Warrants to the shareholders via registered mail. The significant information of the Warrants are as follows:

Type : Name-specified and transferable warrants to purchase TICON's ordinary shares

Number of warrant to be issued : Up to 221,709,769 units

Allocation : Shareholders will be entitled to 1 warrant for every 3 shares held.

Term : 5 years from the issuing date

Offering price : Free

Exercise ratio : 1 warrant conveys the right to purchase 1 new ordinary share

Exercise price : Baht 20 per share

Exercise period : Last working day of March, June, September and December of each year

Conditions of exercise and transfer : All Right Warrants will be exercisable after 1 year from issuing date. However, they will be transferable/tradable as soon as they are listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand ("SET")
