Subject : Registration of additional paid-up capital

According to the 16th exercise of TICON-W2 and the 3rd exercise of TICON-W4 on December 30, 2009, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 659,854,052 (Baht Six Hundred and Fifty Nine Million Eight Hundred and Fifty Four Thousand and Fifty Two) to Baht 660,195,884 (Baht Six Hundred and Sixty Million One Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Four) at the Ministry of Commerce on January 7, 2010.
