Subject : Registration of additional paid-up capital

According to the last exercise of TICON-W2 on February 15, 2010, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 660,195,884 (Baht Six Hundred and Sixty Million One Hundred and Ninety Five Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty Four) to Baht 671,788,582 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy one Million Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Two) at the Ministry of Commerce on February 19, 2010.
