Subject : Registration of additional paid-up capital

To : The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

According to the 1st exercise of TICON-W3 and the 4th exercise of TICON-W4 on March 31, 2010, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 671,788,582 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy one Million Seven Hundred and Eighty Eight Thousand Five Hundred and Eighty Two) to Baht 672,155,314 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy Two Million One Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fourteen) at the Ministry of Commerce on April 8, 2010.
