Subject: Adjustment of Exercise Ratio and Exercise Price of TICON-W3

Attention: The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TICON's 2010 Annual Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders held on April 23, 2010 has approved an allotment of the Company's profit for dividend payment of Baht 0.80 per share. The total dividend payment made up altogether 82.31 percent of the Company's 2009 net profit.

The dividend payment, being more than 70 percent of the net profit, will result in an adjustment of exercise ratio and exercise price of TICON-W3 (according to Item 4.1 (e), of Terms and Conditions of the issuer and warrant holders of the right warrant allocated to existing shareholders in 2009) from "1 warrant has the right to purchase 1.00415 shares at a price of Baht 19.917 per share" to "1 warrant has the right to purchase 1.01583 shares at a price of Baht 19.688 per share". The said adjustment will be effective from the 2nd exercise date, on June 30, 2010, onwards.
