Subject : Registration of additional paid-up capital

According to the 2nd exercise of TICON-W3 and the 5th exercise of TICON-W4 on June 30, 2010, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 672,155,314 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy Two Million One Hundred and Fifty Five Thousand Three Hundred and Fourteen) to Baht 672,159,881 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy Two Million One Hundred and Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty One) at the Ministry of Commerce on July 6, 2010.
