Subject Establishment of a subsidiary in China

Attention The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to announce that on July 19, 2010, the Company established a wholly own subsidiary in China named "Shanghai TICON Investment Management Co., Ltd." ("the Subsidiary") to explore new business in China. The Subsidiary has registered capital of USD 2,000,000. The Company has initially injected USD 400,000 as paid-up capital into the Subsidiary on August 16, 2010.
