Subject : Registration of additional paid-up capital

According to the 3rd exercise of TICON-W3 and the 6th exercise of TICON-W4 on September 30, 2010, the Company has registered an increase in paid-up capital from Baht 672,159,881 (Baht Six Hundred and Seventy Two Million One Hundred and Fifty Nine Thousand Eight Hundred and Eighty One) to Baht 686,345,728 (Baht Six Hundred and Eighty Six Million Three Hundred and Forty Five Thousand Seven Hundred and Twenty Eight) at the Ministry of Commerce on October 5, 2010.
