Bangkok, Thailand, November 25, 2010 - TICON Logistics Park Company Limited (TPARK) hosted a piling ceremony for a build-to-suit warehouse facility, tailor-made for Leschaco (Thailand) Limited to support their logistics operations and storage of chemicals and dangerous goods.
This custom-built facility will be developed according to the Department of Industrial Work's regulations. The total warehouse area is 13,700 sq m, part of which is in the Free Zone and part in the General Zone, inside TPARK Bangna. TPARK will complete the construction and deliver the facility by April 30, 2011.
