TICON Industrial Connection Public Company Limited ("the Company") would like to announce that on March 21, 2011, the Company acquired 3.365 rai of land located in TPARK Wangnoi, at a price of Baht 10,768,000 in total, from TPARK Logistics Property Fund (TLOGIS). The acquired land will be for development of an expansion area for a warehouse leased by a tenant.

The transaction value accounted for 0.09 percent of the Company's total assets (as at December 31, 2010). The Company, therefore, is not required to inform the shareholders in writing, according to the SET's regulation.
