Subject Capital increase of a Subsidiary

To The President The Stock Exchange of Thailand

TICON Industrial Connection Public Co., Ltd. ("the Company") would like to confirm the increase in share capital of a subsidiary in 2008. The details are as follows:

Subsidiary	: TICON Logistics Park Company Limited
Shareholding of the Company	: 99.99%
Type of business of the subsidiary	: Developing warehouses for rent/sale

Registered and paid-up capital (at the end of 2007) : Baht 1,000 million (100 million shares, at a par value of Baht 10 per share)

Increase in paid-up capital

1st increase: March, 2008	: Baht 500 million (50 million shares, fully paid at Baht 10 per share)
2nd increase: June, 2008	: Baht 500 million (100 million shares, partially paid at Baht 5 per share)
3rd increase: July, 2008	: Baht 500 million (100 million shares, additionally paid at Baht 5 per share)
Current registered and paid-up capital	: Baht 2,500 million (250 million shares, at a par value of Baht 10 per share)
Objective of capital increase	: For business expansion of the subsidiary
